Yu Hong Electric Power Equipment Engineering Company Limited, has set up a well equipped facility at Hengshui province, 250 Km from Beijing, to manufacture different types Air Pre-heater Baskets elements. We offer a full range of heating element surface configurations for both Ljungstrom and Rothmuhle design of air heaters. Our manufacturing plant has best of facilities for manufacturing all parts of the Rotary Air Pre-heaters and is having strong blend of design, manufacturing talents and capabilities.

To ensure that we always deliver the leading quality products based on long-term domestic and international level,Yu Hong Electric Power Equipment Engineering Company Limited. has introduced state of Art automatic manufacturing Line with advanced production technology.

We have installed in our Plant four sets of CNC controlled automatic production lines for manufacture of air preheater Baskets, besides 2 lines of Dry Powder Electrostatic Spraying equipments imported from the United States..We also have ultrasonic surface treatment production line ,continuous enamel production line and equipments for leveling, ginning, cutting, surface treatment etc in our factory in order to improve the productivity & to reduce labor intensity, more importantly.

To further improve the quality of the heat transfer components & baskets, we have installed 2 Nos. of CNC tube production line, 2 Nos. of Well type baking furnace, 35 pairs of various types of Plate Pressure Roller, 2 Nos. of Enamel Glaze Firing Furnace, a Lifting Equipment with 100T capacity,besides more than 40 sets of Laboratory Testing Equipment and Welding Equipment etc.
